Professional Background
Construction experience that strengthens every project.
Prior to founding Morival Construction, Esther managed and supported complex South Florida and federal aviation and infrastructure projects, including work at Palm Beach International Airport, Key West Naval Air Station, Boca Raton Airport, and Palm Beach County Park Airport.
Her experience spans project controls, CPM scheduling, procurement, subcontractor and vendor coordination, contract administration, change management, pay applications, RFIs and submittals, cost forecasting, progress tracking, field coordination, inspections, and project closeout.
